随LED技术的不断进步,LED照明产品已大规模进入人们的日常生活当中。消费者对性能、价格要求越来越严格,灯具的小型化成为发展趋势。由于LED本身寿命较长,而灯具寿命的长短决定因素是电源的好坏。目前大部分灯具电源解决方案都基于传统开关电源原理,使用的电子元器件较多,电路复杂,因而生产成本较高,易发生故障。为降低成本,优化生产工艺,业内多家厂商推出线性恒流IC方案,在基本满足性能要求的同时,优化电路设计方案,使成本得以降低。通过对线性恒流IC应用方案的光、电、热测试结果进行分析,总结LED高压线性电源的应用现状,并对其未来应用与发展提出些许见解。
With the continuous improvement of LED technology, LED lighting products have been mass into people’s daily lives. Consumers on the performance, the price more stringent requirements, the miniaturization of lamps has become a trend. Due to the longer life of the LED itself, and the decisive factor in the length of the lamp life is the power supply is good or bad. At present, most of the lamp power solutions are based on the traditional switching power supply principle, the use of more electronic components, the circuit is complex, resulting in higher production costs, prone to failure. In order to reduce costs and optimize the production process, several vendors in the industry introduced linear constant-current IC solutions to meet the performance requirements while optimizing circuit design solutions to reduce costs. By analyzing the results of light, electricity and heat test of linear constant current IC application program, the application status of LED high voltage linear power supply is summarized and some suggestions are put forward for its future application and development.
