通过对３０例超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术及４３例白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术的对比分析，结果显示：两种术式术后视力在术后１Ｗ、１月、２月有显著差异Ｐ＜０．０１，角膜散光在术后１Ｗ、１月有显著差异Ｐ＜０．０５，而在２月后无显著差异Ｐ＞０．０５。证明超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术是具有切口小、恢复快，术后散光小的全新意义上的白内障手术。
Through comparative analysis of 30 cases of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation and 43 cases of extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation, the results showed that the visual acuity of the two kinds of operation after 1W, January and February There was a significant difference P <0.01, corneal astigmatism 1W after surgery, a significant difference between January P <0.05, but no significant difference after 2 months P> 0.05. To prove phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation is a small incision, rapid recovery, postoperative astigmatism small new meaning of cataract surgery.
