承德市建筑设计研究院是隶属于承德市建设局的自筹自支事业单位。按照国家体制改革的相关要求,于2004年改制更名为承德市现代建筑设计咨询有限公司。承德市建筑设计研究院经过五十年的稳步发展,经历了几代专业技术人员的拼搏和奉献,已从单纯的设计单位发展成为多元化科技实体。下设建筑所、结构所、设备所、工程勘察所、开发区设计分院、施工图审查公司、监理公司、装饰装修公司、预应力岩土公司、工程建设标准发行站、广告设计制作等多家专业性公司。业务范围覆盖工程建设过程中的大部分技术环节。初步形成了为建设工程固定资产投资全过程提供综合服务的主流格局。
