随着经济社会发展的不断深入,一些党员干部的违法违纪问题日益突出,做案手段也越来越隐蔽,为纪检监察部门的案件查处工作带来很大难度。查办案件作为纪检监察机关的中心工作,必须在实践中不断研究新情况、解决新问题,适应新时期新形势的需要,着力在改进办案方式方法上下功夫,努力消除各种不利因素干扰,促进办案工作扎实有效开展。本文就对各级纪检监察机关在查办案件常遇到的主要问题、解决办法,以及如何改进办案方式方法,提高办案质量和效率进行探讨。
