目的 介绍应用缝线锚钉治疗跟腱断裂的方法,通过观察其临床效果探讨该方法治疗跟腱断裂的可行性.方法 应用缝线锚钉Krackow缝合法治疗20例跟腱断裂患者,采用ArnerLindholm评定法进行疗效评定.结果 20例患者均获随访3～ 18个月,优12例,良6例,差2例,优良率为90％(18/20).术后因过早功能锻炼再断裂1例,给予再次手术治疗,1例伤口局部皮肤坏死,经换药并腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣转
