创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,也是一个政党永葆生机的源泉。党的十七大报告明确指出:“实践永无止境,创新永无止境”。“提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家。这是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键”。在新的历史时期,提高检察工作的创新能力、建设创新型检察机关成为了检察机关发展战略的核心和关键。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress, an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country, and a source for its political parties to maintain their vitality forever. The report of the 17th CPC National Congress clearly states: “Practice is endless and innovation is endless”. “Improve the capability of independent innovation and build an innovation-oriented country, which is the core of the national development strategy and the key to raising the overall national strength.” In the new historical period, improving the innovation ability of procuratorial work and building an innovative procuratorial organ have become the core and key of the procuratorial organ’s development strategy.
