近期,王兆国同志多次对工会要积极参与立法,从源头上维护职工权益作出重要指示,并提出了明确要求。王兆国同志指出:“依法维权是工会突出的基本的职责,从参与立法和修法中维权就是从源头参与维权,立了法,修改好法,党政维权、工会维权就都有法可依。希望同志们高度重视涉及职工权益、工会工作的立法和修法。”
Recently, Comrade Wang Zhaoguo made many important instructions on how the trade unions should actively participate in legislation and safeguard the rights and interests of workers at the source and set forth specific requirements. Comrade Wang Zhaoguo pointed out: “Protecting the rights in accordance with the law is the basic responsibility of the trade unions. From the perspective of participating in the legislative and revision laws, safeguarding the rights from the source means participation in the safeguarding of rights from the source. Legislation, modification of good laws, safeguarding the rights of party and government and safeguarding the rights of trade unions are all based on law. I hope comrades will attach great importance to the legislation and the revision of the law that deal with the rights and interests of workers and staff unions. ”
