在当今各学校中,都或多或少地存在部分学困生。此类学生往往在纪律意识、学习成绩等方面落后于其他学生,且难以管理。作为教育工作者,应对每一位学生加以引导,创造适合其自身的学习机会。然而,要达到转化学困生的目标,对于广大教育者而言,是一项长期而复杂的工作。因此,在此项工作中应注意方式方法,充分把握学困生的心理情况,避免适得其反,达到事半功倍的效果。本文主要针对如何善用激励进行学困生的教育进行探讨。
In today’s schools, there are more or less some students with learning difficulties. Such students tend to lag behind other students in disciplinary awareness, academic performance and others and are difficult to manage. As educators, every student should be guided to create a learning opportunity that suits them. However, it is a long-term and complicated task for the majority of educators to achieve the goal of poor students in transitional medicine. Therefore, in this work, we should pay attention to ways and means to fully grasp the psychological conditions of students with learning difficulties and avoid being counterproductive to achieve a multiplier effect. This article focuses on how to make good use of incentives for students with learning difficulties to explore.
