今年四月,我随一个小组出席了美国铸造师协会第84届年会,参观了“铸造工艺及设备展览会”,会后还参观了工厂。铸造工业在美国是第五大工业,目前铸件年产量约为二千万吨,居世界首位,在技术、设备等方面都处于领先地位。他们劳动生产率高,每一工人年产铸件在60吨左右,并已建立了一套互相配合很好的专业化生产体系。所有的工厂都很重视生产过程中的测试和控制,贵重仪器设备放在车间指导生产,而不是供在实验室。下面就我看到的几个侧面介绍如下,供参考:
In April this year, I accompanied a group to attend the 84th annual meeting of the American Foundry Association, visited the “Foundry Technology and Equipment Exhibition” and visited the factory after the meeting. Foundry industry in the United States is the fifth largest industry, the current annual output of about 20 million tons of castings, ranking first in the world, in technology, equipment, etc. are in a leading position. Their labor productivity is high, with an annual output of about 60 tons of castings per worker and a well-established specialized production system has been established. All factories attach great importance to the testing and control of the production process, precious instruments and equipment on the workshop to guide the production, not for the laboratory.
