目的了解乌鲁木齐地区腹泻患儿轮状病毒和腺病毒的感染状况。方法 2012年1~12月,采集新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院儿科和新生儿科门诊及住院腹泻患儿粪便样本437份,采用双抗体夹心法(胶体金法)检测轮状病毒(RV)和腺病毒(ADV)抗原。结果 437份粪便样本中RV检出率为20.4%(89/437),ADV为2.3%(10/437);维吾尔族患儿的RV检出率明显高于汉族和其他民族(P<0.05);两种病毒均以感染1岁以下婴儿为主;RV感染的高发季节为春秋季,ADV感染的高发季节为夏季。结论 RV是乌鲁木齐地区婴幼儿腹泻的主要病毒性病原,发病高峰在春秋季;腺病毒感染在婴幼儿腹泻中的致病作用也不容忽视。
Objective To understand the status of rotavirus and adenovirus infection in children with diarrhea in Urumqi. Methods From January to December 2012, 437 stool samples from pediatric and neonatal outpatients and inpatient diarrhea in People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were collected. The rotavirus (RV) and adenovirus ADV) antigen. Results The detection rate of RV in 437 fecal samples was 20.4% (89/437) and ADV was 2.3% (10/437). The detection rate of RV in Uygur children was significantly higher than that in Han and other ethnic groups (P <0.05) . Both viruses were predominant in infants under 1 year of age. The high incidence of RV infection was in spring and autumn, while the high incidence of ADV infection was in summer. Conclusion RV is the major virulent pathogen of infantile diarrhea in Urumqi. The peak incidence is in spring and autumn. The pathogenicity of adenovirus infection in infantile diarrhea should not be overlooked.
