目的:探讨肿瘤细胞分化诱导剂尿多酸肽(CDA-Ⅱ)对人卵巢癌SKOV3的影响。方法:将CDA-Ⅱ与人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3进行体外培养,通过四唑盐(MTT)比色法,观察CDA-II对卵巢癌细胞生长曲线、存活率等方面的影响。结果:CDA-Ⅱ可减缓卵巢癌细胞的生长和增殖能力,延长细胞倍增时间。结论:CDA-Ⅱ可抑制人卵巢癌SKOV3的生长和增殖能力,降低其存活率,为CDA-Ⅱ治疗卵巢癌提供实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of CDA-Ⅱ, a tumor cell differentiation inducer, on human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3. Methods: CDA-Ⅱ and human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 were cultured in vitro. The effects of CDA-II on the growth curve and survival rate of ovarian cancer cells were observed by MTT assay. Results: CDA-Ⅱ can slow the growth and proliferation of ovarian cancer cells and prolong the cell doubling time. Conclusion: CDA-Ⅱ can inhibit the growth and proliferation of human ovarian cancer SKOV3, reduce its survival rate and provide experimental evidence for the treatment of ovarian cancer with CDA-Ⅱ.
