高强度聚焦超声已常规用于子宫肌瘤的治疗，其疗效好、副作用小。此外，高强度聚焦超声也为子宫腺肌症、胎盘植入及腹壁瘢痕子宫内膜异位症等疾病提供了全新的治疗手段。本文就高强度聚焦超声治疗妇科良性疾病的并发症及其处理进行综述。“,”High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) has been conventionally used in the treatment of uterine fibroids. It is effective and has little side effects. HIFU is also a new way for the treatment of adenomyosis,placenta accreta and abdominal wall scar endometriosis. This article reviews the complications of HIFU in treatment of benign gynecologic diseases and management of complications.
