对宁夏贝母总生物碱和蛇胆川贝液进行了体外抗菌活性研究,用Kirby-Beucr纸片扩散法和琼脂稀释法做了对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、肺炎球菌及乙型溶血性链球菌的药物敏感性试验。结果宁夏贝母总生物碱对肺炎球菌的MIC是0.25mg/ml,表明对肺炎球菌有抗菌活性。蛇胆川贝液在稀释度为原液和1:10时,对乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌圈直径为24和12mm,表明蛇胆川贝液对乙型溶血性链球菌有一定的抗菌活性。
The in vitro antibacterial activity of Fritillaria spp. Total alkaloids and Shedan chuanxiongensis liquids was investigated. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and pneumonia were performed using the Kirby-Beucrr diffusion method and agar dilution method. Drug susceptibility testing of cocci and beta hemolytic streptococci. RESULTS: The MIC of total alkaloids from Fritillaria sinensis against pneumococcus was 0.25 mg/ml, indicating that it had antibacterial activity against pneumococcus. The diameter of the inhibitory zone of B. sclerotiorum in the dilute solution was 1:24, and the diameter of the inhibition zone was 24 and 12 mm, respectively. It was shown that P. sclerotiorum had certain antibacterial activity against B. sclerotiorum.
