按照中央经济工作会议定调,“十三五”时期我国年均经济潜在增长率仅为6%-7%,企业将面临严峻的形势。建设内部控制体系是现代企业完善治理结构的重要标志,也是企业适应新常态、引领新常态的必然选择。为此,本文论述了企业加强内部控制的重要性,直面当前企业内部控制存在的问题,分析企业如何做好内控体系建设工作,以引导企业正确面对新常态、新环境和新挑战。
According to the Central Economic Work Conference, the potential economic growth rate of China’s economy will only be 6% -7% during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period and enterprises will face a severe situation. Building an internal control system is an important symbol of improving the governance structure of modern enterprises. It is also an inevitable choice for enterprises to adapt to the new normal and lead the new normal. To this end, this article discusses the importance of enterprises to strengthen internal control, confronting the current problems in the internal control of enterprises, how to do a good job in building the internal control system to guide enterprises to correctly face the new normal, new environment and new challenges.
