分析了食品生产线型材挤出模在试挤过程中存在的问题,对比了改进前、后挤出模的设计特点和挤出结果,取得了提高挤出产品质量和延长模具使用寿命的效果。

The problems existing in the extrusion process of the profile extrusion die of the food production line were analyzed. The design features and the extrusion results of the extrusion die before and after the improvement were compared. The quality of the extruded product and the service life of the die were prolonged.
