本文分析1957～1986年间住院的感染性心内膜炎患儿74例,显示近20年来小儿IE有明显增多趋势。致病菌以金葡菌多见。基础心脏病依次为室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭等。超声心动图探测心内赘生物的阳性率为67.5%(27/40)。经治疗后赘生物不消失者预后差,宜及早手术。
This article analyzes 74 hospitalized children with infective endocarditis from 1957 to 1986, showing that children in recent 20 years, IE increased significantly. Staphylococcus aureus bacteria more common. Basic heart disease followed by ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus and so on. Echocardiography detection of intracardiac neoplasms positive rate was 67.5% (27/40). After treatment, the prognosis of neoplasms do not disappear, should be as early as surgery.
