我的一位朋友是一家民营企业的老板,我与他的公司的一些员工很熟悉。朋友在员工培训方面是下了大力气的,定期请工程技术人员给员工讲课,员工受益匪浅。而员工也将学到的知识和技能用于工作中,为公司带来了丰厚的利润。前不久,我来到朋友的公司,却看到一些陌生的面孔。直觉告诉我:公司最近又换了一批员工。后来,我问几位员工“跳槽”的原因,说法大致相同:公司年初承诺的“年终奖”、“业绩奖”没兑现,公司为员工缴纳的“养老保险”、“医疗保险”得不到保障。
