患者女40岁,约3个月前无意中发现左乳肿块,约“核桃”大小,质地韧,边界欠清,活动度佳。钼靶:左乳外上象限见巨大高密度肿块影,边缘见分叶,边界不清,左乳皮肤增厚,乳头内陷,考虑BI-RADS类4类。超声:左乳乳头后方1~6点钟方向可探及低回声结节,边界欠清,内回声不均匀。彩色多普勒血流(CDFI):内可及点线状血流信号(图1
Female 40 years old, about 3 months ago inadvertently found left lumps, about “walnut ” size, tough texture, lack of border, good activity. Molybdenum target: the upper left quadrant of the upper extremity to see a large high-density mass shadow, the edge of the leaves see, the boundary is unclear, left breast skin thickening, nipple retraction, consider BI-RADS category 4. Ultrasound: left breast nipples 1 ~ 6 o’clock direction to detect and hypoechoic nodules, the border is less clear, the echo is not uniform.
