建构一个良性、高效的高校学习型党组织,需要有一个具有较强针对性和实效性的模式体系作为支撑。这一模式要以高校发展实际为出发点,充分运用系统科学的管理方法,涵盖多个相关子系统,才能够确保高校学习型党组织的良性运转。本文从理清建构模式的内涵出发,充分分析对高校学习型党组织的建构模式进行研究的重要性,最后对这一模式的组成系统进行初步的探究,力求为高校学习型党组织的建构提供一个完善的模式体系。
Constructing a benign and efficient university learning party organization requires a model system with strong pertinence and effectiveness as a support. This model should be based on the actual development of colleges and universities as the starting point, make full use of system science management methods, covering a number of related subsystems in order to ensure the healthy functioning of college learning party organizations. Based on the connotation of clarifying the construction mode, this paper fully analyzes the importance of studying the construction mode of the study party organization in colleges and universities. At last, it makes a preliminary inquiry into the composition system of this model and tries to provide the construction of learning party organization in colleges and universities A perfect model system.
