目的:探讨营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:选择该院自愿入院接受营养治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者43例为研究组,另选取同期门诊确诊不愿接受系统营养治疗的43例妊娠期糖尿病患者为对照组。研究组患者经相关检查后均给予全面系统的营养治疗,并对两组患者的并发症发生情况和血糖改善情况进行比较分析。结果:与对照组患者相比,研究组患者并发妊娠期高血压疾病、酮症酸中毒、羊水过多、早产、感染的比率均明显降低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,研究组患者治疗后不同时点的血糖值均显著降低,血糖变化情况明显改善,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养治疗在妊娠期糖尿病患者的应用过程中,其疗效确切效果显著,对于妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗具有十分重要的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nutritional therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: Forty-three gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital for voluntary nutrition treatment were selected as the study group. Forty-three gestational diabetes patients diagnosed as unwilling to receive systemic nutrition during the same period were selected as the control group. The patients in the study group were given comprehensive and systematic nutrition treatment after the relevant examination, and the incidence of complications and the improvement of blood glucose in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the rates of hypertensive disorders, ketoacidosis, polyhydramnios, preterm birth and infection in the study group were significantly lower (P <0.05). Compared with before treatment, the study group patients at different time points after treatment of blood glucose levels were significantly lower, blood glucose changes significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional therapy in gestational diabetes in patients with the application process, the exact effect of significant effect, for the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes has a very important clinical value.
