不同成熟度的圆铃枣采后都有呼吸高峰出现,说明圆铃枣属跃变型果实。成熟度低的果实,采后呼吸强度高于成熟度高的果实。0℃抑制呼吸强度,延迟呼吸高峰出现,且成熟度低的果实呼吸高峰出现最晚。果实膜透性增大与呼吸峰相伴发生。圆铃枣采后极易失水,成熟度低的果实失水最轻。成熟度低的枣果实,采用TBE熏蒸、打孔塑料袋包装,0℃贮藏60天,好果率达85%以上;采用TBE熏蒸,打孔塑料袋包装,CO_2<2%,O_23-5%,0℃—1℃贮藏80—90天,好果率85%以上。
