GH333合金是一个含有25Cr-45Ni-3W-3Mo-18Fe的固溶强化型高温耐腐蚀合金,在900℃长期使用有极好的蠕变-断裂性能和组织稳定性,并具有低的膨胀系数,良好的抗氧化和抗热腐蚀能力。在室温下该合金于含42%氯化镁的溶液以及混合酸中进行煮沸试验,均未产生应力腐蚀裂纹。它适于制造在高温氧化气氛下和热腐蚀气氛下工作的部件,如工业及舰用燃气轮机燃烧系统。它易于成型,采用一般的方法即可焊接,目前可供应各种型式的变形产品:板、棒、丝等。
