镧和锆都是超导性元素,但有关La-Zr二元系相图及其合金的超导性和镧、锆之间形成化合物的报道至今尚未见到。为弄清该二元系的超导性,本文用X射线衍射法配合差热分析,研究了La-Zr二元系的相平衡关系,测定了悬浮熔炼液相高速淬火试样和热处理试样中镧和锆的点阵常数随成分的变化,确定了二者互溶的固溶度,测量了合金的超导转变温度随成分的变化。
Both lanthanum and zirconium are superconducting elements, but so far no reports have been made about the formation of La-Zr binary system phase diagrams and the superconductivity of the alloys and the formation of compounds between lanthanum and zirconium. In order to understand the superconductivity of the binary system, this paper studied the phase equilibrium of La-Zr binary system by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis, measured the microstructure of the liquid phase quenched sample and the heat-treated sample The lattice constants of lanthanum and zirconium with the composition change determined the mutual solubility of the two, and measured the superconducting transition temperature of the alloy with the composition change.
