参照本科院校优秀拔尖人才标准,高职院校优秀拔尖人才应具备的特征,也应从三个方面来判断:知识结构、能力结构和素质特征。本文着重从高职学生的非智力因素入手,即能力结构和素质特征,分析传统太极文化课程在高职优秀拔尖人才培养工作中的推动作用,探讨传统太极文化课程设置,及如何发挥传统太极文化在高职优秀拔尖人才培养工作中的作用。
With reference to the standards of excellent top-notch talents in undergraduate colleges and universities, the characteristics of outstanding top-notch talents in higher vocational colleges should also be judged from three aspects: the structure of knowledge, the structure of abilities, and the characteristics of qualities.
