山东伏花生是一个早熟丰产的花生良种,我省1957年开始引种,经过多年试验、试种的结果,比当地花生品种都增产。据从1961年～1964年锦州地区各地的区域鉴定结果,伏花生比立茎小花生平均增产22.5～36.4%。1964年我省多雨偏涝,在昌图、绥中、沈阳等地大面积种植,一般立茎小花生的产量只有几十斤,伏花生产量在150斤以上;1965年我省气候干旱,伏花生的产量也稳定在150斤以上。近两年来,我省气候变化无常,旱涝不均,伏花生经受了考验,充分证明了它是适合我省栽培的一个稳产高产品
