原国家物资局西北金属回收管理处主任付展亭同志因病于1993年2月1日20时30分在西安逝世,享年80岁。付展亭同志是河北省平山县人,1937年10月参加革命,1939年3月加入中国共产党。付展亭同志参加革命后,历任平山县抗日救国自卫会干事,平山县政府干事、事务员、晋察冀四专署合作社主任,印刷局局长,重工业部钢铁计划处科长、副处长、副书记,冶金部洛阳耐火材料厂副厂长,物资部金属回收局华北办事处、西北办事处主任,国家物资局西北金属回收管理处主任。付展亭同志热爱祖国,拥护共产党的领导,为社会主义事业奉献了自己全部力量。
Comrade Fu Zaiting, former Director of the National Bureau of Metal Recycling Management of Northwest Metal Recycling Management, died in Xi’an at 20:30 on February 1, 1993, at the age of 80. Comrade Fu Zaiting was a native of Pingshan County, Hebei Province. He joined the revolution in October 1937 and joined the Chinese Communist Party in March 1939. After participating in the revolution, Comrade Fu Zaiting served successively as the director of Pingshan County’s Anti-Japanese and National Salvation Association, the government officer and clerk of Pingshan County, the director of cooperatives of Shanxi-Chai-Si-Si agency, the chief of printing department and the director of the steel plan of the Ministry of Heavy Industry. Secretary, Ministry of Metallurgical Luoyang refractory plant vice director, Materials Department of Metal Recycling Bureau offices in North China, Northwest Office Director, National Materials Administration Northwest Metal Recycling Management Office. Comrade Fu Zainting loves the motherland and supports the leadership of the Communist Party, devoting all his power to the cause of socialism.
