第二届全国土工合成材料学术讨论会于1989年10月11—15日在沈阳召开。辽宁省科委、河北省水利厅、中国土木工程学会土力学及基础工程学会、中国水利学会岩土力学专业委员会等领导相继致词。来自部属单位和25个省市的科研设计单位、各国各地高等院校、生产厂家370多位代表出席了会议,会议收到论文150多篇,几乎包括了土工织物应用与研究的各个领域。
The Second National Geosynthetics Symposium was held in Shenyang on October 11-15, 1989. Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Hebei Provincial Department of Water Resources, China Civil Engineering Society Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering Society, China Hydraulics Society Geotechnical Committee and other leaders have made speeches. From subordinate units and 25 provinces and cities of scientific research and design units, colleges and universities throughout the country, more than 370 representatives attended the meeting, received over 150 papers, covering almost all areas of geotextile applications and research.
