从一九八四年十一月至今年七月初,罗、匈、捷、保、民德、南、波先后召开了党代会(其中后五个国家的党代会是在苏共二十七大之后召开的),对前五年的内外政策执行情况进行了总结,开制定了今后新的发展战略。这次党代会的气氛民主求实,在肯定成绩的同时,揭露了矛盾、展开了批评,但程度不同,做法有异。南、匈、保比较突出,尤其是南对国家发展工作中的失误和问题进行了回顾
From November 1984 to the beginning of July this year, Luo, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Midea, South and Bo convened Party congresses (the parliamentary representatives of the latter five countries were among the twenty leaders of the CPSU Held after the Seventh Congress), summed up the implementation of the internal and external policies of the past five years and set forth a new development strategy for the future. The atmosphere of this congress was democratically realistic. While affirming the achievements, it revealed the contradictions and criticized it.
