随着我国酒店业的快速发展,提高酒店核心竞争力的主要手段就是人才战略,但是目前酒店业员工流失现象较为普遍,严重影响了酒店业的经营管理,酒店管理者必须加以重视。鉴于此,本文主要对酒店员工流失原因进行了系统的分析:首先介绍了酒店员工管理的现状,然后对员工流失现象多层次、多角度进行综合分析,接着阐述了员工流失对酒店企业造成的不利影响,最后针对流失原因提出解决员工流失现象的对策,为酒店企业管理层提供了指导性的借鉴和参考。
With the rapid development of China’s hotel industry, the main means to improve the hotel’s core competitiveness is talent strategy. However, the current loss of hotel staff is more common, which seriously affects the operation and management of the hotel industry. Hotel managers must pay attention to it. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the causes of hotel employees ’loss: First, it introduces the current situation of hotel employees’ management, then analyzes the employee turnover phenomenon from multiple levels and angles, then elaborates the employee’s loss to hotel enterprises Finally, according to the causes of the loss, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the staff turnover, which provides the guidance and references for the hotel management.
