福建省人民政府通令(府民社字六八八五号)令各区行政督察专员公署县、市人民政府在福州、厦门等解放战役中广大人民热烈支前参战,成为取得战争胜利重要因素之一,为了继续巩固与发扬广大人民参战热情,澈底消灭蒋匪残余,对于在革命战争中因伤致残或英勇牺牲的民兵民工,我们必须主动地做好优抚工作。兹将民兵、民工牺牲伤残抚恤标准及办理要点规定如下:
The Order of the People’s Government of Fujian Province (Fu Min She Zi 685-5) ordered the counties and municipal people’s governments of all the district administrative inspectors’ commissions to participate in the war warmly in the Liberation Campaign in Fuzhou and Xiamen, and became one of the important factors in the victory of the war. In order to continue to consolidate and carry forward the enthusiasm of the broad masses of the people in participating in the war, and to eliminate completely the remnants of the Chiang Kai-shek, we must take the initiative to do the work of giving priority to the militia workers who have been criminally disabled or heroically sacrificed during the revolutionary war. The militia and migrant workers sacrifice disability pension standards and handling points are as follows:
