研究高职旅游与酒店管理专业学生的职业选择动机具有重要意义。当前,国内学者更多的关注该专业的教学改革、工学结合等问题,对高职旅游与酒店管理专业学生的职业选择动机方面的定性与定量研究非常匮乏。通过统计分析,揭示影响该专业学生职业选择的动机因素,以弥补国内外相关研究的不足。
It is of great importance to study vocational choice motivation of tourism and hotel management students in higher vocational colleges. At present, domestic scholars pay more attention to the teaching reform, the combination of work and study, and so on, and the qualitative and quantitative researches on vocational choice motivation of tourism and hotel management students in higher vocational schools are very scarce. By means of statistical analysis, the motivational factors that affect the occupational choice of the major students are revealed to make up for the deficiency of related researches both at home and abroad.
