上市,一直被赋以“催生千万富翁”的光环。资本市场一夜暴富的神化不可尽数。然而,并不是每一个上市的故事都是完美的童话,有时候,上市“后时代”也许是噩梦的开始。信息披露不完整、不及时,公司业绩不理想,涉嫌信息造假等诸多因素,都可能将上市公司推向难已逾越的深渊,沦为“僵尸公司”。
