解放思想是党的思想路线的本质所在,是推动发展的重要法宝。组织工作改革创新需要解放思想,树立组工干部新形象也要坚持解放思想。深入开展“讲党性、重品行、作表率,树组工干部新形象”活动,把组织部门建设成为深入贯彻落实科学发展观的模范部门,组工干部应首先成为解放思想的模范。
Emancipating the mind is the essence of the party’s ideological line and an important magic weapon for promoting development. Organizational reform requires innovation to emancipate the mind and set up a new image of group work cadres should also adhere to emancipate the mind. Carrying out the activity of “emphasizing party spirit, emphasizing quality, practicing moral values, and building a new image of cadres in the tree group”, the organizational department has become an exemplary department for thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development.
