在“依法治国”方略的指导下,法律与道德逐渐成为人们的社会行为规范及社会关系的调整器。法律与道德在现实生活中究竟孰重孰轻,应在立法和司法两个方面进行对比,以使两者共同促进社会的发展。
Under the guidance of the strategy of “governing the country according to law”, law and morality have gradually become the regulators of people’s social behavior norms and social relations. Whether law and morality are more important or not in real life should be compared between the legislation and the judiciary so that the two can jointly promote social development.
