利用有限元方法对3800四辊轧机机架进行应力和变形分析。结果表明:机架上横梁压下螺母孔顶部过渡圆弧处是应力最大的部位,且处于三向应力状态,该部位应力梯度大,是轧机机架的危险部位;辊系轴承座施加给机架立柱的侧向力对机架窗口水平方向的变形有很大影响,必须计及侧向力的作用,才能精确计算出机架窗口变形。
Stress and Deformation Analysis of 3800 Four - high Rolling Mill Frame by Finite Element Method. The results show that the maximum stress is located at the top of the nut on the rack through the top of the nut and the stress is in the three-direction stress state. The stress gradient in this part is a dangerous part of the mill stand. The lateral force of the column has a great influence on the horizontal deformation of the frame window. The lateral force must be taken into account to accurately calculate the deformation of the frame window.
