自1957年1月至1962年8月,天津医学院附属医院,河北医学院附属第二医院和安阳专区医院放射科共见单纯房间隔缺损56例。33例经直视手术证实,23例为右心导管检查证实。本文旨在通过分析这些病例的 X线表现以及这些表现同手术所见和心导管材料的关系,以探讨影响 X 线变化之因素和估计 X 线诊断的价值。
From January 1957 to August 1962, 56 cases of simple atrial septal defect were seen in the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Medical College, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical College and the Anyang District Hospital. 33 cases confirmed by open surgery, 23 cases confirmed by right heart catheterization. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors that affect X-ray changes and the value of estimating X-ray diagnosis by analyzing the X-ray findings of these cases and their relationship to surgical findings and cardiac catheterization.
