一、引言冻结产品或速冻产品贮存库的降温效果与空冷器的冷却盘管采用不同的除霜方法有关。用水除霜是长期有争论的问题,虽然它有喷射或溢流的危险和卫生上的缺点,但由于它的操作方便、效率高而被继续采用,最后是由于操作费用问题而被停止使用。用电加热除霜主要适用于环境温度高于-18℃的小型设备,而对于大型冷藏库来说,这种方法除了有能量消耗很大这一主要弊病之外,还因为大电阻工作条件常常会引起火灾的危险。
