间歇大剂量马利兰治疗慢性粒细胞白血病(简称慢粒)较之常规疗法(4～8mg/日)有疗效迅速、副作用少及简便等优点。加用联合化疗稀在消除ph~1染色体等,笔者于1988年5月以来用本法治疗慢粒22例,与以往常规疗法治疗的188例作了比较,感到有一定优点,现报告如下:
