由于苏联制定了对采煤机和掘进机工作时测定煤层产尘能力和预报产尘量的方法,应以新的观点来选择综合防尘方法和措施并确定其措施的有效应用范围。 测定国内各主要煤田煤层产尘能力,各种防尘方法和措施的试验,可以确定各类含尘率的煤层所占的百分比和防尘措施所需要达到的效果(表1)。
As the Soviet Union has developed a method of determining the dust generation capacity and forecasting the amount of dust generated during the operation of the shearer and boring machine, a new viewpoint should be given to selecting integrated methods and measures for dust prevention and determining the effective application range of the measures. Determining the dust generation capacity of coal seams in various major domestic coalfields and the tests of various dust prevention methods and measures can determine the percentage of coal dusts with various types of dust content and the required effects of dust control measures (Table 1).
