(一)前言 均热炉的能耗占初轧工序能耗的60%以上,固体出渣是均热炉节能的一项新技术。均热炉出渣方式有三种:固体出渣,液体出渣,半液体出渣。固体出渣周期较长,节约能源,操作简单,国外早已推广应用,我国宝钢、太钢、首钢均已采用;液体出渣周期短,浪费能源且工人劳动强度大,鞍钢、攀钢、包钢采用;半液体出渣介于两者之间,上钢五厂采用。从生产连续性和节约能源来看,固体出渣是发展方向。
(一) Preface The energy consumption of soaking furnace accounts for more than 60% of the energy consumption of the initial rolling process. The solid slag discharging is a new technology for energy saving of the soaking furnace. Slagging furnace slag there are three ways: solid slag, liquid slag, semi liquid slag. Solid slag dosing cycle longer, energy saving, simple operation, has long been the promotion of foreign applications, China’s Baoshan Iron and Steel, TISCO, Shougang have been used; liquid slag short cycle, energy waste and labor intensity, Anshan Iron and Steel, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Adopted; semi-liquid slag between the two, five plants on the steel used. From the continuity of production and energy conservation point of view, solid slag is the development direction.
