对一些尚无有效疫苗的疾病,利用抗特异性抗体分子上独特型表位的抗体(抗-Id)作为疫苗进行免疫接种以诱导机体产生抗体,近来受到极大重视。作者回顾了抗-Id在人和动物某些疾病治疗中的应用及其存在的问题。
For some diseases that have no effective vaccine, the use of antibodies (anti-Id) that are anti-idiotypic epitopes on specific antibody molecules as vaccines to induce the body to produce antibodies has drawn great attention recently. The authors reviewed the use of anti-Id in the treatment of certain diseases in humans and animals and their problems.
