目的:分析心理护理重症监护室(ICU)护理质量的影响.方法:自我院ICU2019.5～2020.6期间收治的重症患者中抽取80例依照随机排列法分为传统组(n=40,传统护理)与心理组(n=40,心理护理),比较两组护理效果.结果:护理前两组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分基本一致,P＞0.05,护理后心理组均低于传统组,P＜0.05.结论:心理护理能有效改善ICU重症患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,护理质量较佳.“,”Objective:to analyze the influence of psychological nursing on nursing quality in ICU. Methods: 80 cases of severe patients in ICU of our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into traditional group (n =40, traditional nursing) and psychological group (n =40, psychological nursing). Results: before nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were basically the same, P ＞ 0.05; after nursing, the scores in the psychological group were lower than those in the traditional group, P ＜ 0.05. Conclusion: psychological nursing can effectively improve the anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions of ICU patients, and the quality of nursing is better.
