学习了邓小平同志的南巡重要谈话,我感到思想认识提高了,信心增强了。现在是路线方向已经明确,主要是如何大胆努力向前的问题。我认为,把经济建设搞上去,热点在搞好国营大中型企业;基点在改变旧的思想观念;而搞好国营大中型企业的重点在扩大企业经营自主权;难点在理顺分配关系;焦点是把政策落到实处。
After studying the important speech made by Comrade Deng Xiaoping on the southern tour, I felt that my understanding of my thoughts has risen and my confidence has been enhanced. Now is the direction of the route has been clear, mainly how to boldly move forward the issue. In my opinion, the economic construction should be promoted with the focus on the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. The basic point is to change the old ideas and concepts. The focus of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises is to expand the autonomy of enterprises. The difficulty is to rationalize the distribution. Is to implement the policy.
