(III) “Sculpture” 1. Structure of the textbook “Sculpture” consists of 4 lessons and 18 lessons. As a knowledge, a capability, and a quality, sculpture art helps students develop and improve the quality of their performance and artistic expression. Based on the principle of paying equal attention to professional characteristics and basic qualities, and taking into account the basics of arts courses at the nine-year compulsory education stage, this book provides clear and systematic tutorials for students to learn the art of sculpture. Through the mastery of the basic knowledge of sculpture, basic skills, broaden their horizons and increase their knowledge. The first lesson, “Opening the Gate of Sculpture,” is illustrated with an overview of the basic concepts, basic forms and categories of sculptures, as well as the elements and tables of sculptures.
