随着我国文化教育事业的发展与不断改革,中职教育的发展受到了很高的重视并且得到了良好、快速的发展。与此同时,对中职教育的发展提出了更高的要求。“双师型”教师的培养受到了重视。本文主要对技能竞赛背景下的“双师型”教师队伍建设进行研究和探讨。
With the development and reform of cultural and educational undertakings in our country, the development of secondary vocational education has received a great deal of attention and has been well developed rapidly. At the same time, higher requirements are set for the development of secondary vocational education. “Double teacher ” teacher training has been valued.
