几年前的孙良村,集体空,村民穷,村风差,矛盾多,村班子陷入瘫痪状态,是全县有名的“脏、乱、穷”村。1998年3月,大尚屯镇党委拓宽选人渠道,下派镇粉丝厂原厂长孙法祥回本村担任党支部书记。孙法祥上任后,办实事,取信于民,闯富路,凝聚民心,使孙良村一年一大步,三年上台阶。如今的孙良村已成为全县农业结构调整的先进村,农民富了,村情稳了,全村老少打心
