目的研究ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对卵巢癌细胞生长的作用。方法采用MTT法、PNCA免疫组化法观察ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对卵巢癌细胞生长增殖的影响,并用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果 EPA、DHA对卵巢癌细胞生长有抑制作用,并呈剂量-时间依赖。流式细胞仪检测:与对照组比较,EPA、DHA分别在浓度30μg/mL和40μg/mL作用48h后,细胞凋亡率显著升高。结论ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸能显著抑制卵巢癌细胞生长,并诱导其凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on the growth of ovarian cancer cells. Methods MTT assay and PNCA immunohistochemistry were used to observe the effect of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on the proliferation and proliferation of ovarian cancer cells. The apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results EPA and DHA inhibited the growth of ovarian cancer cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. Flow cytometry: Compared with the control group, the apoptosis rate of EPA and DHA were significantly increased at the concentration of 30μg / mL and 40μg / mL for 48h respectively. Conclusion Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids can significantly inhibit ovarian cancer cell growth and induce apoptosis.
