目的探索中药体内对鼠流感病毒感染的防治作用。方法采用流感病毒A/FM/1/47(H1N1)鼠肺适应株感染小鼠的肺指数及死亡保护实验动物模型评价银翘散制剂、玉屏风散制剂、冰香散对感染鼠的保护作用及肺重改善程度。结果银翘散制剂与玉屏风散制剂的肺指数抑制率达到35%~43%,冰香散滴鼻给药与雾化给药均有不同程度的降低肺指数的作用,肺指数抑制率在19%~25%之间;各试验药预先给药7d,病毒感染后继续给药5d,与病毒对照组相比,银翘散制剂在剂量20~40g/kg范围内对感染鼠的死亡保护率为50%~60%,玉屏风散制剂在剂量40~60g/kg范围内对感染鼠的死亡保护率为70%,冰香散雾化给药对感染鼠的死亡保护率为70%。银翘散制剂、玉屏风散制剂和冰香散延长鼠生命率在50%以上,尤以玉屏风散制剂效果显著,达76.31%。鼠平均生存时间均有不同程度的延长,大约在11~13.4d左右。结论银翘散制剂、玉屏风散制剂及冰香散这三类预防流感方药在体内表现出良好的防治流感病毒作用,为临床运用中药预防流感提供了科学的依据。
Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on murine influenza virus infection. Yinqiao diffusive agents, Yupingfeng powder agent and Bingxian Prolonged rat life rate of more than 50%, especially in Yupingfeng powder agent effect was significant, reaching 76.31%. The average survival time of rats have varying degrees of extension, about 11 ~ 13.4d or so. Conclusions Yinqiao Powder, Yupingfeng Powder and Bingxian Powder have good effect in preventing and treating influenza virus in vivo and provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing influenza.
