目的观察笑气联合米索前列醇在妇科手术中的麻醉效果。方法选择我院门诊自愿要求手术的妇女1 025例,根据自愿原则分为对照组260例、观察组765例。对照组采用传统常规方法施术,观察组术中采用笑气联合米索前列醇麻醉。结果对照组总有效率21.5%,观察组总有效率100.0%;观察组术后个别患者出现头晕、头昏,休息5~10 min后消失;两组均有少数患者出现腹泻,可自行缓解。结论妇科手术中笑气配伍米索前列醇麻醉,镇痛效果好,可缩短手术时间,减少并发症,提高手术安全性。
Objective To observe the anesthetic effects of niacin combined with misoprostol in gynecological surgery. Methods A total of 1025 women who volunteered to undergo surgery in our clinic were divided into control group (260 cases) and observation group (765 cases) according to the voluntary principle. The control group was treated by conventional methods. The patients in the observation group were treated with nitrous oxide combined with misoprostol. Results The total effective rate was 21.5% in the control group and 100.0% in the observation group. Individual patients in the observation group were dizzy and dizzy after 5 ~ 10 min of rest. All patients in the two groups had diarrhea and relieved spontaneously. Conclusions Gynecological operation with nitidine oxide misoprostol anesthesia, analgesic effect, can shorten the operation time, reduce complications and improve the safety of surgery.
