比较腺枝葡萄和刺葡萄2种野生葡萄与红地球、户太8号2个栽培品种对葡萄黑痘病和霜霉病的抗性差异;腺枝葡萄和刺葡萄嫁接不同栽培品种后,通过调查砧穗组合的抗病性,分析腺枝葡萄与其他野生葡萄资源赋予接穗抗病性的差异。结果表明,腺枝葡萄对黑痘病和霜霉病的抗性均较强,刺葡萄抗黑痘病,但不抗霜霉病;嫁接后,刺葡萄作砧木的组合,抗病性明显增强。由此可以认为,腺枝葡萄和刺葡萄均可作为真菌病害抗性育种的资源,刺葡萄可作为砧木育种材料。
The results showed that the resistance of two cultivars of two kinds of wild grapes (Vitis vinifera and Prickly grapes) to Red Globe and Hongtao No.8 on grapes with anthracnose and downy mildew were compared. After grafting of different cultivars, To investigate the disease resistance of scion and panicle combinations, we analyzed the differences of resistance to scion disease between glandular grapes and other wild grape resources. The results showed that the resistance of grapes to acne and downy mildew was stronger than that of acacia graminearum, which was not resistant to downy mildew, but was not resistant to downy mildew. After grafting, the combination of prickly ash and rootstock increased the disease resistance significantly . Thus, it can be considered that both glandular grapes and prickly grapes can be used as resources for resistant breeding of fungal diseases, and prickly grapes can be used as stock breeding materials.
